Each member is required to submit and sign the given disclaimer form to the team captain of Lucky Picks.  This is to protect each member from silent party interference against the lottery group.  This means that you as a member have full rights to your portion of the share winnings of the ticket.  The ticket carries your name as proof on the photo copy of the original ticket which is posted on Lucky Picks website.

If there are other silent partner(s) to help pay your account and with the signed disclaimer form, silent partner(s) is excluded from the group's share of total winnings.  If a silent party contributes any moneys towards the member's payment of the group's ticket; any dispute regarding rights to a share of winnings is to be handled between the particular group member(s) and his/her silent party.

Is there a fee to join Lucky Picks?

To join Lucky Picks is FREE.  The only fee that is applied; is if you submit your funds through PayPal. A charge is applied to cover PayPal's administration fee. 

Additional members ($5.00) will be applied for each member added.

Can I become a team captain of my own Lottery group

To join Lucky Picks and be a team captain of your own lottery group is FREE.  You get to add up-to 4 members to your team.  For each additional member; a fee of $5 will be applied.

How will the funds be collected for the pool?

Once you have decided to join our Lucky Picks lottery pool and the starting date has been established. Team captain will determine set amount depending on how many players will be participating for each draw date (Wednesday & Saturday) for Lotto 6/49 and Ontario 49; for (Friday) is Lotto Max.   Please note; you have a choice if you want to play each week as a default you are IN and you must have sufficient funds in your account.  At odd times EXTRA plays are played when jackpots are BIG an email notice will be sent out before draw date by the team captain.  I ask that only people which can easily afford joining the pool sign up.  With no administration costs, I cannot afford the time or expense to be chasing after members who don't apply by the rules .

How will I get a copy of the Numbers we are playing?

The pool's selections of numbers will be posted  in advance on the web site by the team captain before draw date.  When you login; you can view up coming purchased tickets and players who have paid their fare share for posted tickets.

Will I get to choose any of the numbers played?

When you Sign Up to the Lucky Picks Lottery Pool along with your disclaimer form, you will be asked to include your 12 favourite numbers.  Lucky Picks team captain will tabulate all the numbers submitted by the members and use the most requested numbers to make up your combination of tickets according to the non suspended players.  You may change your numbers any time prior to draw date.  If you like to play your combination for a specific draw date you MUST email your team captain prior to draw date 24hrs or it will be for the next up coming draw if he/she permits.

How will I receive my share of the winnings?

A cheque will be mailed to you  or Lucky Picks team captain will credit your Paypal account of your share of the pool's winnings that is less than $100 upon request.  In the event that any large prizes are won, Lucky Picks team captain, who shall serve without compensation, shall evenly divide the prize among the participants in less excess of $10,000, deducting any amount owed for a failure to pay a required share. ANY AND ALL FUNDS WON AS PRIZES SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE HELD IN TRUST FOR THE POOL BY LUCKY PICKS TEAM CAPTAIN.  In the event of a prize being won in excess of $10,000, Lucky Picks team captain will organize all members of the group to be present for receiving our equal share of the prize amount down at the OLC prize office in Toronto.  This process is required for group play by the OLG commission.

Can I join and leave the pool when I like?

I would like to emphasize once again that this lotto pool is being organized for serious adults who want to increase their chances of winning.  You can quit anytime and as long as you have sufficient funds in your account, you are automatically entered for all draws unless you have indicated in your profile that you do not wish to play for that draw.  Lucky Picks team captain will require a written notice in advance prior to draw date, stating your intention to finalize your membership.  If you feel the expense of joining this pool would be to high, or it will not fit into your budget.  I thank you for your interest and wish you luck in your lottery endeavors.
