To become a member of Lucky Picks Lottery Pool you must agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions as posted on this web page.

Here's what you can do with Group Play using Lucky Picks Lottery Pool online tool.  As team captain; you can control payments received/deductions; update winnings; post messages and it notifies members who's account is low. View your purchased tickets. (** If member doesn't have a buy-in for the draw he/she can't view until after draw date.).  This protects the group play strategy and prevents other groups from viewing also. A great way to track your OLG lottery!  When you pool your money, playing as a group gives you more chances to win.

1.0.1 - Member - A member means a person belonging to a specified lottery group.
1.0.2 - Team Captain - A team captain means a person who has been selected to organize a specified lottery group.
1.0.3 - Lottery group - A group of members belonging to a specified team.
1.0.4 - Silent partner - A person who has paid in part or in whole of a share of the member(s) paid portion to the group's lottery group purchase and who is excluded of any group winnings.

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the pool.
2. Member agrees to the signed disclaimer form not to assign any silent-party person(s) to be part of the lottery group.
3. Membership is for a fixed period based on sufficient funds and you fully intend on being a member in good standing throughout your period. 
4. Your equal share payment will be applied towards each specified draw.  Occasionally; additional plays are played when their are BIG jackpots are announced or Raffle tickets are sold for special events.   A member has full control when to play by checking the play option prior to draw lottery draw date.  For special draw events or raffle tickets, an email is issued requesting your participation; by default you are in.  If no reply is received prior to draw date, you as a member will be held responsible, and your equal share payment will be applied.
5. If for any reason your payment has not been received in adequate time for processing. Your account within the specified group of Lucky Picks will be temporarily suspended from the member's listing and you will not be eligible to receive any of the pool's winnings due to insufficient funds.
6. As a member of a specified lottery group he/she will not hold Lucky Picks' team captain responsible if he/she is prevented in any way from purchasing the pool's lottery tickets by reasons that are beyond Lucky Picks team captain’s control. Total liability shall be limited to the value collected for the purchase of the group's tickets.
7. You are in full understanding that the purpose of this website is to group the purchasing power of lottery players together, with the intent of improving the odds of winning.  This is in no way a guarantee; you will win a prize amount.
8. Your total share of the prize winnings will be equally divided among the specified winning group of the prize amount won.
9. Member(s) requesting payment pay-out of lottery winnings will be made within 7 days via e-mail.  In the event that any large prizes is won, Lucky Picks team captain, who shall serve without compensation, shall evenly divide the prize among the participants within the specified winning lottery group, deducting any amount owed for a failure to pay a required share. ANY AND ALL FUNDS WON AS PRIZES SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE HELD IN TRUST FOR THE POOL BY LUCKY PICKS TEAM CAPTAIN.  In the event of a prize being won in excess of $10,000, all members of the contributed group who paid their full equal share to the specified draw date are required to be present for receiving their equal share of the prize amount at the OLC prize office.  This process is required for group play.
10. If for whatever reason disagreement arises between any of the pool's member(s) or administration. Lucky Picks Lottery Pool captain retains the right for final decision which shall be final and binding.
